All the Raw Materials received by our company are subject to chemical and physical test and weighed immediately on receipt only thereafter they are taken in the stock.

The batches for mixing the Raw Materials are weighed electronically so that precise quantities are supplied for mixing. Our company uses Dispersion Kneader and Mixing Mills to ensure, the required quality of the rubber compound, to be used in the manufacturing process.

The rubber compound is then tested in Rheometer for its curing characteristics and other physical testing are also carried out. There after it goes for the Moulding Process.

Our company uses modern Rubber Moulding technology by using Desma Rubber Injection Moulding Machine & Tung yu Vacuum Moulding Machines manufacturing Rubber & TPE Products, which assures excellent flawless quality.

We use specialized machines to finish the Rubber & TPE Products and each and every product manufactured is physically checked to ensure that the Rubber Products delivered is an absolute zero defect lot.

Our Production plant is enjoying continuous availability of uninterruptible power supply for bulk production, which results in timely delivery of large orders & satisfaction to our customers.

Rubber & TPE Products made are stored in a separate storage area to protect the same from ultraviolet rays and dusting.

We have as a part of our group a separate company which specializes in making precise quality tools, dies and moulds, which are important for quality of the finished product.

The said separate company also takes care of all the activities of the need for metal inserts and other tool room related needs of our company.

Ashutosh Rubber Pvt. Ltd. - Unit 1 (Main Unit) at Metoda:

Ashutosh Rubber Pvt. Ltd. is having the facility to manufacture Rubber Products, which is spread across an area of more than 20,000 sq. ft. It has organized and modern facility to store raw material, carry out the entire manufacturing process, to store finished goods and to carry out all the quality controls with the help of fully equipped laboratory. Different divisions of the factory are computerized and are connected with a Local Area Network (LAN) for seamless exchange of data and information. Our office and factory is under round the clock Electronic Surveillance System which is regularly monitored.

Ashutosh Rubber Pvt. Ltd. - Unit 2 (TPE Unit) at Metoda:

Unit No. 2 at Metoda is fully equipped with facility like Windsor Thermoplastic Injection Moulding Machines to make TPE (Thermoplastic Plastic Elastomers) Products. The area of unit is spread across more than 10,000 sq. ft, which supports the entire operation from storing of raw material till the processing the goods to finished Products.

One of the most critical requirements of the business is the need for Dies, Tools and metal inserts for the Rubber Products manufactured by us.

Unit 3 is very well equipped with most modern facility of VMC, CNC, Turning, Milling, Drilling, Shaping, Grinding, Planning, solely dedicated to the Dies, Tools, Metal inserts and maintenance needs of the company. This ensures quick and better quality control for the final product manufactured by the company.
