Our company has a full fledged in-house physical testing & chemical analysis laboratory, which carries out all the important tests required during the process of manufacturing Rubber & TPE products and also on the finished products, so as to assure the quality of the final output. We carry out all the critical tests at various stages of production right from the approval of Raw Material, quality of Rubber Compound, and finally to the Rubber Moulded Product.

The equipments in the laboratory include Electronic Weighing Scale, Digital Specific Gravity Meter, Oven, Muffle Furnace, Din Abrasion Tester, Hardness Tester I.R.H.D., Electronic Weighing Scale, Hot Plate, Hydraulic Moulding Press, Profile Projector, Lab Refrigerator, Tensile Testing Machine (Utm), Oscillating Disc Rheometer, Oil Seal Lip Opening Pressure Test Rig & Load Detection Machine.
